製作處方瓶:
每種花精２滴(急救花精４滴)，滴進含30ml礦泉水的滴嘴處方瓶中，可加一茶匙的百蘭地或有機醋作保存。每次從服用瓶中取出４滴直接滴於舌上吞服或稀釋於水中或飲品中服用即可。

建議每日服用４次每次４滴，如情況緊急可增加至每天８次或每３０至６０分鐘一次直至情況有所改善即可回復正常用量。服用最少２至４星期後再作檢討是否需要更改所選用之花精。一般情況在使用花精
